When you create a company account on Path2Work, we collect the information you provide to us during registration and while using the platform. This includes, for example, the company’s name and contact information, as well as usage data regarding the platform, such as search queries or interactions with profiles.

The data is securely stored in a database currently operated by ETH Zurich. In the future, the technical infrastructure may also be operated by Path2Work or by contracted technical service providers. In any case, appropriate technical and organizational measures will be taken to ensure the security of the data.

We use platform usage data, including search behavior and interactions with profiles, to understand how companies use the platform. These analyses may be used in aggregated, non-identifiable form for scientific publications and help us further develop and improve the platform.

Path2Work is operated by a non-profit, non-commercial association; there is no commercial use or sale of data. As a general rule, we do not otherwise share company-related data with third parties. If the Path2Work platform is integrated, in whole or in part, into another platform or an existing system (e.g., a job platform), the data necessary for this may be transferred to the respective platform operator to the extent required for the operation of the corresponding function. The transferred data must be treated confidentially and may only be used for this purpose.

You may request the deletion of your company account at any time. You may also request that the company-related data associated with your account be deleted, provided that it has not yet been anonymized.
